We have generally four prominent climatic zones as the elevation quickly climbs from 150mts (approx.) in the southern belt to 8000mts (approx.) in the north. Some of the highest peaks in the Himalaya lie within the Kingdom. The four official climatic zones are most prominent climate ones that determines the climate and predictable weather condition, perhaps guests will have read about prior to your visit to Bhutan. Bhutan mostly has narrow, winding roads the drive through the low valleys and passes through the high mountain pass.
