Springs will have scanty rainfall with blossoms everywhere. The hovering fragrance from the blooms gives you heavenly aroma. The rains will have yet another month to intrude, and snows will have just melted with the warming sun, leaving every place green and fresh. Then the Tshechu, a festival to celebrate eight manifestations of Guru Rinpoche will give you the truest essence of Buddhism.
